At Triangle LCSW, my goal is to create a space where growth feels possible—where you can explore your inner world, strengthen your capacity for change, and build a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and whole.
Whether we’re doing therapy, Brainspotting, or coaching, our work is collaborative and rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect for your pace and process.
Individual Therapy
Therapy is a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
It’s not about “fixing” who you are—it’s about understanding your patterns, healing from what hurts, and learning new ways to live with intention and self-trust.
In our sessions, we’ll explore what’s been keeping you stuck and help you move toward more stability and connection. I integrate several research-backed approaches, including:Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotional regulation and mindfulness
The Daring Way™ for shame resilience and wholehearted living
Mind–body practices that build awareness and balance between thought, emotion, and physical experienceTherapy can help with:
Anxiety, depression, or chronic self-criticism
Perfectionism, burnout, or over-functioning
Relationship struggles and communication
Grief, life transitions, and identity shifts
Shame, vulnerability, and body image
You don’t have to do this alone. Therapy can be the place you begin to trust yourself again.
Brainspotting
Sometimes words can only take us so far. Brainspotting works with the body’s innate ability to heal itself by accessing and releasing experiences stored deep in the brain and nervous system.
Using eye position and focused mindfulness, Brainspotting helps locate and process the “spots” connected to emotional pain, stress, or trauma—without requiring you to relive or retell your story. It allows your brain and body to integrate what has been stuck, often leading to a deep sense of relief, calm, and clarity.
Brainspotting can support healing from:
Trauma or overwhelming experiences
Anxiety, panic, or emotional blocks
Chronic stress and burnout
Creative or professional performance barriersIt’s a gentle, focused, and intuitive process—one that helps your system release what’s been held for too long and find its natural rhythm again.
Life & Performance Coaching
Coaching is for when you’re not in crisis—but you know you’re ready for change.
It’s for the professional who wants to lead with confidence and balance, the creative who wants to push past perfectionism, or the person who feels successful on paper but disconnected inside.
Coaching focuses on growth, clarity, and intentional living. It’s less about healing the past and more about creating what’s next. Together, we’ll look at what’s working, what’s not, and what’s possible when you align your choices with your values.
We might explore:
Building emotional agility and self-trust
Managing perfectionism and imposter feelings
Strengthening leadership and communication
Navigating transitions with courage and calm
As both a therapist and Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, I bring depth and evidence-based insight to coaching work, while keeping the focus on forward movement. My coaching clients include leaders, clinicians, educators, and creators who want to expand without burning out.
You already have the capacity for growth. Coaching helps you bring it to life.
